"Worst experience of my life i have been to so many Starbucks and this is the worst. The drive thru is closed i waited 30 real minutes for a drink and a sandwich. The lady making the drinks refused to call out names and had my drink sitting there melting. There was trash all over the floor. When i went to scan my Starbucks reward the register was broken. They really need a better management system and a way to deal with customer service. She didn’t take my name when making my order. My sandwich got cold too. I am so annoyed. I usually don’t write reviews but this was ridiculous. I was late for work as well."

"I really didn't want to have to write a review, but I felt the need to, because of my experience with the food and drinks from this location lately. Please retrain your staff on making certain drinks and food products, so that customers aren't spending money expecting one thing and getting something else. I can't tell you how many times I have received watered down oatmeal and bland drinks, it doesn't happen at every visit, but it happens enough for me to post a review. When someone asks for "thick" oatmeal, it means you have to at least microwave it until it's thick, I shouldn't receive a cup of water with pieces of oats floating in it. Hopefully things will improve at this location, please listen to what your customers are asking. Other than the food, the staff are usually very kind."

"This is one of several Starbucks in the area where the main focus seems to be on the drive-thru business. There is always a long line of cars waiting for service. I personally go to Starbucks to sit down and enjoy my coffee, but fewer and fewer Starbucks locations seem to be focused on the dine-in experience anymore. I have visited this location twice, it was OK, but the atmosphere is one of, everything needs to be done in a hurry in order to move on to the next transaction. Not the more relaxed sit down and slowly enjoy your coffee experience that I am sometimes looking for."

"This is the worst Starbucks by far smh. When you order mobile you expect a mobile walk-in experience. So when you get there and you get a mobile wait in the drive thru experience you are disappointed! This is by far the worst location, with service, punctuality, and overall professionalism. I understand there are staff shortages everywhere but cut off the mobile experience. And focus on what works ! People drive and spend gas to get an expensive drink and go to work, a meeting , family or whatever not wait 30+ minutes etc . Then to have to call corporate to get a refund is taxing!"

"This location really needs better management. I ordered my drink at 2:17 pm and didn’t get my drink until 2:58 pm. I inquired about my order about 20 mins through and they said it would be another 40 minutes. That’s ridicooous as I was inside while the drive thru are getting their drinks in timely manner! This is not acceptable! The orders should be made in order received. I could have gone to Dunkin’ Donuts next door instead. Totally unacceptable!"
