"i normally like Einstein Bro Bagel. But I can do without the service at this location. They have a self service kiosk but everything listed on menu or in the service box is not on the kiosk. I asked questions of those who WORK THERE. If it were not for the fact I’m traveling with someone with mobility concerns I would have walked away. RUDE? Thanks anyway. The quality of what I was given and the attitude I was served with made me wish I would have waited until I got home. It’s a no more for me. UPDATE - the owner sent the response below and then asked if I would change my rating. No, I will not change my rating as it stands. You did nothing to correct the concern. In fact, as I look back at the previous reviews and your response, your response is the same. Sorry we missed the mark, you are a valued customer... If you REALLY valued your customers you would REALLY do something to REALLY change the service that is consistently being reported to you."
"I'll start by saying this. You're gonna have to wait in line. Like a long line. But since I had 2 hours to spare between flights and needed breakfast, I stayed in line. And it was worth it! For me at least haha. I got the Nova Lox on a plain bagel, which is on their signature lunch menu. It did not dissappoint! They gave me a good serving size of Nova and a heeping amount of shmear with capers. To order you have to use the touch screens and then they'll call your order number when ready."
"Update: they requested me to contact customer service and possibly update my review afterwards. I contacted customer service and received no response. Two stars because the coffee was fine and the people working went through the line relatively fast. The bagel tasted like rubber. There was no cream cheese. After 5 minutes I was offered butter. The butter was frozen - it was knowingly given to me frozen, as they took a brand new box out of the freezer. No alternatives were offered, just the frozen butter. I was rushed to catch my flight so I had to leave."
"Always horrible service, not sure why I keep giving "2nd chances". And always from the angriest lady on "the team". I just flew through here 3 times in last 2 months and she's constantly yelling at people waiting for their orders. I get that often times travelers are rude and a bit ignorant. Today, no line, only a few people patiently waiting for their orders and she's acting as though she's TSA going on a 70 hour week! She felt the need to complain that she's been here since 5am, yea don't kill yourself lady. Barking orders, moving people (who are not in the way, trying to feel important). If managers are going to put someone on the front line, good idea to make sure that person has it together "upstairs", she's not quite right. No more Einstein Bagels here. Too many other options. But then again, it's "just the world's busiest airport, so they'll more then make up for my $13."
"Terrible customer service. Rude staff and don't treat customers right. It took them 20 minutes to make them a chocolate shake, when asked about the shake the entire staff started yelling in the back. Avoid going to this place. There was a sense of discrimination towards (non African American) customers."
