"I had the best experience I've ever had in my 34 years of life at this store last week. Felecia was the amazing associate who helped me and listened to me and found pants that fit me based on what I told her I was looking for. She told me to try 2 sizes smaller than what I was currently wearing and I thought that was crazy but when I tell you I tried those pants on and came out of the dressing room to show her - I cried! Such a beautiful human moment with a kind stranger who was supportive and encouraging. Felecia - thank you for being amazing and I can't thank you enough for what that moment meant to me. Go shop at this store and ask for Felecia!!"

"I go to two different locations but this is my favorite. The ladies are always so helpful and full of personality. I love the selection at this location too. It seems like they carry more than most stores. The amazing customer service is my favorite though!"

"Upon entering the store, I was greeted by several of the employees. Then given some personal attention to help find the item I was looking for. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and tried to assist me with the inventory they had, unfortunately the item I was searching for wasn't there. However, I did see some CUTE items that I plan on returning later to purchase!"

"Store was clean and well stocked. Purchased two bras and got home only to realize the security tags were not removed. During the transaction the three workers were chit chatting and that must be when the security tags were missed by the cashier. I had to go to another store to have them removed. I guess their detectors at the front of the store is also broken as I was not buzzed on leaving the store."

"Felicia at Cumberland/Acres Mill was amazing! She went above and beyond in helping me pick out an outfit. I ended up getting the green and white jump suit because she was wearing it and I loved her whole outfit. I also wanted a white cardigan and she called another store and ended up reserving it for me so I had the whole outfit I needed! I am so excited, I would have never bought this outfit without seeing it already put together."
