"There was a cute little short female in there with braids and a ponytail who didn't even look at the monitor to see if my order was prepared before she said it wasn't prepared that's annoying and do better but at the same time I know these places are barely paying us so I get the vibe. There was a young man who was extremely helpful immediately looked at the Monitor and got my order together, it's Dunkin Donuts so the food is only going to be so good pretty greasy. I think there's got to be better out there even donut wise. Would not necessarily recommend this location"

"Went through the drive-thru one early morning. The entire staff had the best energy from the young man taking my order to the young lady cashier. My coffee was on point and the positive staff made my morning."

"Today I had a great coffee. However I always try to support local business but the customer service bus just hit or miss. They disregard the brand and do their own thing. Today they sold me 6 donuts and smashed them all into a bag. I asked for a box and the shift manager refused. Frosting on my plain glazes and it was an awful experience."
