"This DD is in my community and every time I have visited , it has not been the best experience. This last time I sat in the drive through for 7 minutes. And all the young lady kept saying is please be patient. There were cars behind me and one in front. I think there needs to be adults they are in the morning. That know what they're doing because it seems like it's too many young people working that don't know what to do. It is very convenient and I want to patronize them, but the manager needs to get it together."

"The workers are always so sweet and friendly in the morning when I stop in on my way to work but their food is absolutely awful. This was after I even asked to please not burn the bagel or make it too dark. I went inside to have it replaced and although the second one wasn’t burnt, it was hard and inedible. I guess if I keep coming here I will have to stick to just coffee because every time I order food I end up throwing it away and wasting my money."

"Every time i come here there is no one inside and it takes 20+ minutes to get my coffee and snack. I want to give the biggest shoutout to Bryan this worker went above and beyond to make sure i got my food I’ve waited 15 min for. He always is very polite, considerate. Thank you Bryan for being awesome."

"I was there on Saturday, no one greet me for 10 minutes and I had to try to get attention from the manager for a question. I just want to know how long it took for a big order since they don’t care about the business so I ordered from other dunkin. It seem like they only care about drive thru and ignored customer in dining."
