"Been coming here for 15-16 years . The smoothies are always good . But today wasn’t a great experience when one of the girls complained about me not tipping on the receipt. I told her if I could pull the 5 dollar bill I put in the tip jar I would that she didn’t see me put in there . Nasty attitude, first off the smoothies are pricey I don’t have to tip."

"Hit or miss. Some of the newer employees lack customer service, but there are some that are really great. There is one employee who has been there a long time that is great, and then peyton is amazing. Smoothies are also hit or miss. I get substitutions in my drink and I can tell my drink is not correct. I am lactose intolerant, asked for almond milk instead of yogurt, and definitely got yogurt LOL. Pricing is also inconsistent. The same price I paid tonight, for a medium with substitutions and with the cash discount and the gym discount, was more than I usually pay when I get a large with substitutions and a bag of chips, paying with card and no gym discount. Could be because it was newer employees, but still I want to be able to pay the same price regardless."

"I love stopping in to Tropical Joe's when I am in the neighborhood. I almost always get the Mr. Joe, (strawberries and bananas), sometimes with a fat burner or immune blast."
