"Heard so much about this place and was looking forward to my visit… But ended up with a terrible experience— had to wait for an hour to get a coffee and a sandwich (plus they got the order wrong) Coffee came in a to go cup at lukewarm temperature for a sit down option that we preferred while placing the order!! Coffee itself was decent but if I wanted a to go experience I would have gone to Starbucks and I would have had my order in 10 min or so! And the worst of my experience was still to come…. They forgot my sandwich and had to wait another 10 minutes…to get it wrong. Asked for a veggie panini with chipotle sauce and the pic of my food that I received shows no resemblance to what I ordered. After one hour of what was supposed to be a sit down and eat experience, we took our food to go and didn’t bother to complain —- apologies are not going to make my wasted time or experience any better! For a bill of $23 and tips, what a waste of my time Probably the employees are overworked on a busy weekend but clearly someone needs to be accountable!"
