"I don't know who's doing the hiring at this location but every other store in town should take notice! I've always had perfectly sweet and lovely people here at the drive-thru but MK takes the cake! The voice, the smile, the quick easy conversation of it all! I'm not sure if she's going to wind up manager or owning Starbucks but my money's on her! Thanks MK for making the morning bright!"

"The server here gave me the most disgusting caramel machiato ever. He was also unprofessional. I got the impression that this was not his home store as well. I actually went to Loves truck stop and got the same drink from a machine minutes later, and it was much better."

"The service was soooo slow. We were at drive through, and took about 30 min to get coffee. The drive through person did not even apologize how long it took not lime any other Starbucks. Unfortunate. They have at least 5 people working."

"I ordered a coffee and paid for 'an extra splash of oat milk' and when I picked it up, there was about 2 in of room in the cup. I asked Richie, the female barista at the time, for more milk since I paid for it, and she refused stating I would have to pay extra. So she went out of her way to charge me an extra $2, on top of the $6 I already paid. It was such a sight to see how much me requesting for a bit more milk, that I paid for, inconvenienced her. It's amazing to see how committed she is! A true navy general running her coffee shop. Thank you for making a statement. It was a great laugh for the day and I hope it made you feel fulfilled."
