"I come here anytime I didn’t have extra time to prepare my coffee before I left and I’m so disappointed EVERY time. Please for the love of god just add in everything I pay for, learn consistency, and stop skimping on the cream cheese it’s like only 1 person there actually knows how to spread it to the other side of the bagel"

"I had the same experience as the review below. At the drive thru the person taking the order had an attitude because we asked questions of what was available (the menu doesn’t show much of the breakfast menu). Then the order was completely wrong. We ordered the ham and Swiss croissant and she asked the stuffer? Not seeing the sandwich listed we said yes. Then I ordered the maple bacon egg and ham cheese croissant sandwich (it is on the menu sign) We were told they only have sweet black pepper bacon. We asked if the stuffers had egg inside, we were told yes We said no give us two of the stuffers. We picked up our order.instead of the two stuffers, We got two of the sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwiches, the cheese was right out of the fridge, the egg and bacon were barely warm. And we got one ham and Swiss stuffer (it was a dark dark toasted color but it was fine at least it was hot) and there is no egg in the stuffer. The coffee’s we ordered were correct. The guy at the window was nice and polite We definitely will Not be back"

"First time at this dunkin location and will never be back. The little cashier girl had an attitude because the order I received through drive was incorrect.This was for my daughter and after she tasted it and said this was not right, i tasted it to make sure and it was nothing like we ordered. So we went inside to get it corrected however the cashier tried arguing with me that the order was made correctly. When do you argue with a customer? Customer service much ! I will stick with Starbucks."

"Fired me while pregnant, I was a really good employee. They give no breaks. Reason I got fired? Because I came to my boss when her daughter used racial slurs toward me. I can’t support this place. Also may I add, this is the least clean location in Woodstock.."

"I used to come to this location about 2 to 3 months prior regularly. Now after returning to try out the location again, it's not really what it used to be. The food I wanted to get was unavailable, and the coffee I got was something comparable to what I'd make at home if I was to pour sugar into my drink and let it sit at the bottom of my cup. The sugar was just sitting at the bottom of my cup and on the first sip, I got a mouthful of just sugar grains. Again, it's just not what it used to be, which is sad since this was my favorite location since I live not even 5 mins away and liked to stop here on my morning commute for work."
