"Took them three times to make my drink correctly, by that time my food was cold and I was running late. However, on a good note the manager came out to my car on the third time and gave me back all my money. UPDATE: went back again this morning around 10:30, waited in line for 23 minutes to have them again serve me a drink that was half full and watery with a drop of whipped cream. I called to ask to speak to the manager regarding my order and was told it was peak time and they couldn't assist me. It seems clear to me after the last visit and now this one, they have shown they don't care how their product looks while serving the customer. Use to be my go to location, NOT anymore!!
