"Cartersville location. It was close to their closing time. There were literally 7 people behind the counter, yet no one had an interest in taking my order. Finally, a young guy took my order with an attitude of disinterest! It took forever for the people standing around to get the order ready. They were too busy talking. My order was incorrect, and I had to wait even longer for them to correct it! I literally walked out with my food ,shaking my head. Horrible service!"

"Only one side of the entrance door was unlocked and it was a little struggle for a handicap person in a wheelchair. This was our first visit at this location and the host greetings wasn't friendly. He offered us free samples and we didn't get them, so we just ordered. Perhaps he didn't hear me. Request to have the wheat bread toasted and it tasted not so fresh. The pasta salad was dry. I've had better service and food at a different location so this experience definitely will not keep me from patronizing the franchise"

"Absolutely wonderful place to eat. My order is always right, food is fresh and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have such a wide variety of different chicken salads, pimento cheeses, egg salad, and sides. Plus, there are different breads to eat your sandwiches on. They even have a great rewards program to earn free food, discounts, and signature Chicken Salad Chick merchandise. I got a Classic Carol on a cross ain't with pasta salad side item, and my husband always gets a Classic Carol on Wheatberry bread toasted with broccoli salad. Every meal also comes with a mini sugar cookie with frosting on it. The cookies are so soft and delicious."
