"Every time a go here the kids have a snarky attitude, my order is constantly wrong, the donuts are always stale and they really got me good this morning with my coffee. I order a large and they only filled it 2/3 of the way up. I thought it felt light and then I opened it at my desk to see this…super frustrating."

"Prices are getting out of hand. $20 for two donuts, two egg bites, two coffees and a bagel - all very cheap and inexpensive breakfast items. Take a look at how I received my toasted bagel which wasn't toasted and it was smothered with cream cheese..."

"This location is so incredibly cheap and has such poor service. They charge for water cups, empty cups and pup cups which to me is insane, given every other location I have been to does not. Their food is so inconsistent. Half the time I receive a half portion of whatever I order and the other half they burn my bagels and hashbrowns after I pay 3-5$ for them. I don’t know what the staff has going on but they used to have the kindest girl up front and now everyone is rude and doesn’t give you the time of day. I’m not really one to write a review but I’m honestly so disappointed and will definitely avoid this location and go to the Chastain one instead of just go to Starbucks at this point. At least they are kind and the food is around the same price anyways at this point."

"I placed an app order for 25 assorted munchkins. Also a iced coffee with mocha. Out of the 25 munchkins 13 were chocolate and hot. The only good ones were glazed. My coffee has no mocha flavor to it. I definitely will not be back at the Dunkin’ Donuts."

"We’ve repeatedly had poor experience at this location. The quality of the food and drink is never quite right or the same as other DD and today was completely unacceptable. My husband pulled the bagel out for our son and it was completely burnt and almost no cream cheese.. We would have gladly waited if we were told “I’m sorry, your bagel got burnt please let us make you a new one”… but they said nothing and let us unknowingly drive away with this food that none of us can eat. Whether it’s poor staff, poor management, or DD not providing proper equipment… whatever the issue it should be resolved by DD at this location because this was a very upsetting experience."
