"Very positive customer experience in this Starbuck's location. The staff is helpful and professional. "Becca" showed outstanding customer service skills, courteous and attentative to customers requests. The coffee was top of the line, and made just the way I like it! One of the best customer service Starbuck's location, I've visited in the area. It is not the the brick and mortal, or location, but the personality and professional staff that makes the customer service and atmosphere! Certainly, a 5 star Starbuck staff at Dallas highway!"

"This location is consistently good, clean exterior and interior the staff is generally nice sometimes super good like Drea that works in drive-thru. We appreciate her kind consistent and welcoming attitude. Several of the others are just as great. Thank you for providing such a good service and product."

"I came into this location today at about 5:10pm to pick up a mobile order and watched about 5 employees completely ignore me. As they went about their duties and talking to eachother no one greeted nor acknowledged me. I went down to the register where i was told mobile orders are at the other end of the counter then I stated that I was just there and I was ignored. The staff was not friendly nor aware of their surroundings"

"I asked for my Shaken Expresso to be layered like the photo and not mixed to keep the flavor. I heard one of the employees say I will make it the way I want to make it. Once she completed the drink, she looked at me in my eyes and waited for a potential problem. I simply took my incorrect drink and left. Starbucks is suffering from insufficient staffing. It's making the remaining staff angry."
