"I visited to pick up my favorite snack, the cheddar protein box. The cashier was apologetic about the brown apples in my box and agreed they were old. However her coworker seemed unhelpful, offering the wrong replacements twice and eventually suggesting a refund. Shocking experience."
"The barista Delilah was so unbelievably rude. I’m never coming back here. How hard is it to make a mocha?"
"I used to work at this Starbucks. And it’s horrible. I want to tell everyone why my time here was so short (only three weeks). The management of this Starbucks is horrible. When I worked here, the espresso machine was filled with grime and dirt because it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks! When my district manager (a person who isn’t there often) came to clean the espresso machine it was filled with dirt and grime. So if you’ve had any drink from this Starbucks from August 16—September 6, 2023, your espresso was made with a machine with dirt that your espresso directly filters through. That is the only time I can confirm this happening. Not only that, when we make your food items in the oven the team members are directly touching your food. And the only reason that they have a good score on their health inspection is because Target hires a separate company to check on their food safety practices before the real one comes. I’ve had a horrible experience with the staff there as well. I quit because of the poor management, the bad experience with team members, and lack of cleanliness of this Starbucks. Shopping at this Target is a great experience, and the staff of the floor is lovely and keeps things very clean. However, I would recommend that you get your coffee other places."
"Horrible experience! I ordered a toffee nut, Vanilla Blonde, Creme Brule, Sugar Cookie Almondmilk lattes. The coffees were tasteless, left an after taste in my mouth and extremely bitter. I had the drinks remade and the new ones came out worst. I will not be going back to this location."
"The customer service was terrible, both employees looked like they hated their job, very rude. I also waited 20 minutes for 1 Carmel Brûlée that tasted like garbage. They did not call out names so it was very confusing whose coffee was whose. Overall could be a lot better. I get that there was a lot of customers, but they needed like one more employee working with them. I use to work for a Starbucks myself and it wasn’t that hard . Even during a rush with a long line of customers."
