"This was my second time giving our new Dunkin some business. My first trip was a carry out for coffee & donut...they gave me the wrong donut...not what I had requested! Just attributed it to the 'newness' of the location and getting employees trained. Well now it has been several months since my first visit and my wife and I gave it a dine in try. Coffee and donuts were great, but our breakfast sandwich (sausage, cheese & egg on a croissant) was not very good. It was not hot...the cheese was not melted at all...the croissant was hard and crusty, not soft, buttery, fluffy and flaky! I eat at Dunkin locations around the southeast and it was nothing like I've experienced before. I don't know if it is training or what...not a good breakfast! Plus, I like to see smiles! It was disappointing!"
