"I'll never support another Starbucks. I had an issue with a drink from the drive thru. I didn't use the Starbucks app (I didn't think it was a requirement). Some people actually still use cash or regular credit cards. I reached out to Starbucks with an actual PICTURE of my cup that had all the information....and they told me I was essentially making it up and they wouldn't do anything to make it right unless I gave them a screenshot of **my bank statement.* absolutely NOT should they be given anything to do with my bank statement. As someone who spent (read the verb tense here) thousands a year a Starbucks, I won't support them again. Dunkin or Human Bean can have my support. What gross customer service."

"Not sure why there are so many bad reviews and low grades. I understand if a place doesn't offer a particular flavor drink. This location is alot smaller than a average Starbucks, but to give a two star isn't fair. The service was great and the drinks was prepared exactly how I asked. This is so important for me due to me being lactose intolerant. I can't begin to tell you how many times, I couldn't finish my drink because places forgot to give me almond milk."
