"Stopped by KK to get fresh donuts Friday evening. The donuts were anything but fresh. I watched the employee remove the donuts from the hot line. Upon tasting them, they had obviously been rewarmed on the line to appear fresh. All of the glaze had soaked into the donuts or melted off. What a misleading and terrible experience. Shame on you KK."

"I visited Krispy Kreme with high hopes for a delicious treat, but left feeling completely let down. The donuts were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for days. The selection was limited, and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The store itself looked closed and the lights were off an hour before closing the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I used to be a fan of Krispy Kreme, but after this visit, I won't be returning anytime soon. Save your money and go elsewhere for your sweet cravings."

"Friday evening 6:30. Fresh hot donuts? BULLCRAP! Paid $15 for a dozen fresh hot glazed. Immediately opened the box to get that special hot glazed donut. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. They were not fresh hot glazed. They were warmed over. True fresh hot glazed has the flaky glaze coating that crumbles when you bite into it. These were barely warm but the glaze was soaked in as if microwaved. Turn off your hot donut sign as you are misrepresenting the product. Also way overpriced and the girl at the window had the customer service personality of a brick. Never again."

"This used to be a great Krispy Kreme. Stopped in on a Friday evening. In the past, Fridays were usually packed. They looked as if they were closed, no cars in lot or drive thru. We walked in to order, very limited selection. Got a half dozen of mixed donuts. Staff was friendly, store was clean. Apparently they no longer make the donuts fresh from this location. From what we bought, the 2 cake donuts were good, the others were not fresh at all and went to the trash. Sad to see this location no longer providing fresh donuts. Won’t be back unless that changes. EDIT: the donut pictured was supposed to be creme filled - not a single bit of creme in this one…"
