"i work from home so i don’t get coffee out and about that often anymore but if i feel like having something a little more special than my at-home coffee i really like coming here. i’m not much of a coffee snob and i think if this place more for “treat” type coffee rather than “the working man’s” cup of coffee if you know what i mean, but it’s not over-the-top i-can-feel-a-cavity-forming sweet, and they’re really good about adjusting the sweetness level if you ask. honestly i didn’t feel compelled to write a review because of the coffee as much as i do because of the service. i’ve been here about a dozen times - maybe more - at times ranging from 5am to late afternoon and even though i’ve had a different barista almost every time, the people working here are always ~particularly~ nice. i wonder if it’s all the caffeine lol. anyway, always a pleasant experience and the blended chai tea latte (+ espresso shot) is delicious, would recommend."

"If you drink traditional drip coffee like me, it’s a great place to go to. The $1 coffee is unbeatable in Chattanooga and deserves 5 stars for not overcharging compared to competitors. Also service is very quick and something I don’t see in the reviews are the coffee cups are solid and do not leak. Come with a plug for to go use so no spilling in the car."

"Purchased a large salted caramel. It was the size of a Grande at Starbucks but cost more than a Starbucks Venti. I wasn’t even offered a receipt but asked if I’d like to leave a tip. Smh…it was my first trip but will definitely not be going back."

"Best coffee place!♥️ Amazing frappes! They have candy bar frappes. You must try! I love them so much more than Starbucks. They have a bigger selection, as well. Lovely staff. I hope they'll put a walk in type store, instead of just a drive thru. Irregardless, I love them so much."

"The smoothies and Everything Bagel Sandwich are always delicious. Consistent quality and flavor. Todays order came out a little pricey I thought. A Med. Black coffee, Smoothie with $1 added protein and the Everything Bagel Sandwich = $17. But dang it was good. Service was subpar compared to others I’ve visited. And the entry into the drive through is a little cramped. All in all a great Franchise. Just not my favorite location."
