"The customer service was horrible. Every worker was dry and bland with their greetings. The manager who I now know name is Nautika picks and chooses who to be nice to and who to be extremely rude to. Very unfair"

"Awful customer service, terrible. The whole time I was checking out the associate, which was the manager, was on the phone laughing and cutting up some also while on the phone. She did say anything or pay attention to her customer pretty much the whole time. She was no help. She was very rude and disrespectful. When I finished I said "You're welcome" cause she did not say Thank you at all."

"Went in dress shopping for a Christmas party, and there were so many fantastic options that I left with two dresses. But the real key was the customer service. Natasha and Meira, were so kind and gracious! They answered all questions promptly and were willing to meet all requests, and even helped me vote on the dress they thought I should wear for the occasion. Thank you, Natasha and Meira!"

"Horrible Customer Service, Everytime i go in there. Been shopping there for YEARS. For a place with PROM DRESSES you would think they’d have nicer people there. Staff Always Rude, Dry, Nonchalant. They Used to hire people who actually dress well & people who bring better morale throughout the store. So unhelpful they act like you are bothering them! In need of better staffing!! Desperately!!!! :/"
