"You can never get the sourdough breakfast sandwich toasted enough even when you ask to toast the bread a little longer. You'll get the sandwich virtually un-toasted."

"I used to work here and the place is absolutely disgusting. They had us reuse donuts from days before that were left sitting out and stale. Nothing is made fresh there unless someone complains and then it’s a big argument about it with the gm. The coffee is basically water and if you want fresh coffee good luck it’s never fresh and if it’s after 10 am you’re not getting decaf or midnight coffee. If you want your coffee remade it will just be poured into another cup and said that it was remade when it wasn’t. If you ask for almond or oatmilk you’re most likely getting regular milk. Some people leave espresso shots out for hours at a time so it’s dead before it’s in your coffee or your latte and the tap system that dispenses the coffee and cold brews haven’t been cleaned in months. If you have any complaints good luck getting it taken care of cause sonya the gm will just bully her employees and barely do anything about it."

"Iced coffee was way too sweet in spite of specifically ordering 4 Splenda. Everything bagel was stale and I was there first thing in themorning. What a waste, I didn't eat it or drink all the coffee."

"This Dunkin is the worst. I would rate -stars if I could. Service is always borderline rude. Miraculous if I get what I order. And overall just not a good store. The other Dunkins around Chattanooga are much better and well maintained. I thought after the re open, it would improve...this did not happen. DO NOT GIVE THIS ONE YOUR MONEY."
