"The service was really bad, I explain the cashier my order multiple time and she did not even get it. If it was my accent I get it, but I wrote it for her to understand even like that she did not understand and she even give me a actitud! Wow wonderful, I was so respectful and nice to her, well maybe she had an issue, I hope she gets better. “Can I take your order” “Yes” I was telling her my order but she keep turning back and talk to the other crew member, that disrespectful, by turning around while I am placing my order. "Servers are good and polite, atmosphere is a nice vibe, but the food and drinks are a let down. You guys don't have anything authentic anymore, it's literally ALL syrups and liquids. This stuff costs pennies and you're charging $10 a cup for it? At least have real ingredients fully whole and processed properly not in liquid form. What does it take to get a real cup of mocha or hot cocoa with actual cocoa powder and full fat milk nowadays? If I wanted syrups I'd just buy $1.50 syrup from store and make my own."
