I bought a pair of shoes today went to return them same day (because I found a better price at a different store) and then they quoted me their no return policy which should have been quoted upon purchasing the shoes their policy is not on the receipt or hanging up on the door This is bad business and feel that I'm not a valued Customer. This is unsatisfactory."
"First walking into the store I was greeted with looks....No One offered to help me and when I asked all they did was point to some shoes....Talk about being decimated by my age and the color of my skin...I never felt so out of place in my life due to the reception I received..needless to say after the looks and the no offers of help I looked for a second and went next door to Payless Shoes."
