"I don’t leave a ton of reviews but I have to leave one now. I went in to Chicos last week and not one sales associate even looked at me. No one said hello. No one asked if they could help me. There seemed to be about 4 sales associates. A few older ladies walked in and they were greeted happily. There was also another lady that walked in after me and it didn’t seem she was spoken to either. It’s all about the customer service and here there was none. I found a few items and put them back on the rack. It didn’t make me want to shop there ever again."

"Late November visit and they had a crazy fabulous selection of dress and holiday clothing. There were a few things on sale and some fairly well priced things among the selection. I glanced through a clearance rack. There were plenty of smiling sales helpers available to answer questions and to check out. A friend I was with bought a beautiful pair of boots that were marked down to an amazing price. (I didn't even realize Chico carried footwear) The displayed costume jewelry that dotted the store surprised me - It was high quality and very special/different looking."

"The sales clerk was amazing in the knowledge of the clothes, sales, and options available for the customer. They were able to suggest clothes and order what was needed shipping to your home. Do not forget to sign up for the email with plenty of coupons."

"Unfortunately it does not have a big selection for petites, but the sales staff were all helpful. Too bad I couldn't find an outfit. Their online clothes look great but be sure you know your size because they size differently than other stores."
