"I only ever had one bad food experience here which was today I was fortunate enough to be serviced by Donald who took control of the situation and prepared it perfectly. While I was there I saw him delegating his team and ensuring every customer was engaged. Unfortunately, his shift manager was not demonstrating as much initiative and knowingly had me waiting in the lobby for a half hour. This is a rough start to the day, as I am on my way to handle a very heavy emotional matter, but being waited on by Donald was helpful dose of compassion just at the right time."

"I finally decided to make this review because it's the only coffee company that's open when I work and I need my coffee and donuts LOL. The people that work there are super sweet and friendly and always upbeat. However, I've used them five times since they have been open, and every time they are always out of like half of my order. I've worked at a Dunkin before and realize that sometimes they are short staffed or maybe enough of something didn't get ordered or they just didn't have the budget or whatever, but maybe at least I could recommend that on the app whatever they are out of is reflected in that. Also, I just tried the pumpkin spice latte for the first time. I wouldn't recommend it. It tastes like chemicals. It would also be nice if they weren't skimpy on the frosting."
