"First time I went into this store was today to just look around and the young girl that was working at the front desk just looked at us like we shouldn't be there. Had a persona about her that was very rude. Never said hey..Definitely made me not care to buy anything there or even consider my business."
"This store especially in Cartersville has really nice things. Good quality. Very expensive. However. When it comes to returns the employees are rude and down right nasty about them. I've never been to a store where the emoyees who make minimal wage act like returning an item is a crime. They literally switcg up so quick from helpful and nice to ugh how dare you. I got the run around from e.ployees and managers about speaking to owner and getting quote permission for a return. One employee told me that the owner was out of the country and it may be another week before she could even get in contact with her and I said oh you guys are not emailing it she said yeah but she may not get service and I said well isn't that time that you're telling me past the time of return for your store policy? She said yeah but let me just get in touch with you when I find out something and I knew them that they were just messing around just waiting for the store policy limit of days to expire so that they could use that excuse it was one excuse after the other as to why they couldn't return an item"
"As a mom of 20 somethings interested in style and class, I found my new go-to store. Elizabeth has her finger on the pulse of trending yet wearable for all ages. For date night, a Braves game, a trade show or just kicking around, you’ll find it. If you’re 12 to 60 and looking for some great pieces to add to your wardrobe, you’ve got to visit Everjean in Cartersville or Rome! Super sweet, female small business owner with great taste! Stop in, I promise you’ll leave with a bag of goodies:)"
"I love shopping at Everjean in Downtown Cartersville. The boutique has an open floor plan that is not overcrowded with merchandise like so many of the department stores. You can actually walk around and see all the great brands that they carry. The salespeople are all helpful and offer suggestions and honest opinions.Cartersville is so lucky to have this cute store!!"
"UPDATE: After calling the Cartersville store several days in a row, I was finally told the owner would be in the store on Friday. I went in after work & she had already left. However, the girl that sold me the jeans was able to refund my money. She was very apologetic. I suggested the owner put something at checkout counter that clearly states they dont accept returns. I'm just glad I got my money back. PLEASE READ. I rarely post negative reviews. This one deserves it because I've been treated wrong at a local Cartersville shop. About 5 days ago, I tried on pair of $100 jeans (not on sale) & requested one size up. Store employee said Rome store would send to Cartersville store. They called. I paid just under $105 & left. I expected jeans to fit perfect, however, they were too tight at ankles - not a problem with smaller size, which is weird. I had time to return today & was denied. Was told I could only have store credit. Sadly, most of clothing isn't my style &/or was way overpriced. I was told today, my receipt should mention same policy, which it didn't so I showed employee. I explained it didn't want credit because most clothing wasn't my style - I had been looking for a perfect pair of jeans & I wasn't informed of policy during either of my two trips to Cartersville store. I'll not say her name but she called the owner, Elisabeth. She really wasn't explaining whole situation to owner, so I was mentioning while she was on phone with owner & owner said nope. Store credit only...even though I had proof I wasn't told of this policy at time of purchase. I kept my purchase along with my digital receipt that didnt mention squat about policy. It was suggested I call store in next few days to see if manager or owner was in, so I could speak my piece. If owner won't accept...why would a manager? I guess "boutiques" only care about making that money. I've been in my family business for 15 years...open since 1982. We'd never treated anyone like this. Especially if said employee failed to mention procedure AND never mention said policy. Seems to me employees need to be retrained & software updated to cover Everjeans butt....emphasis jeans. Time to make things right especially when your employees aren't representing business in correct way. Think about that, Elisabeth/Elizabeth. PS I honestly would've been more than happy to pay for the jeans IF I liked them but I didn't & I explained to clerk today."
