"Mattress Planet is the place to go for your next new mattress! Let me tell my story. I struggle with back pain. All last winter I struggled to get good rest on our 8 year old mattress. We went to Mattress Planet in March and decided quickly to buy a Tempur-pedic firm mattress with the hopes that the orthopedic alignment features would help my back. The mattress also came with $300 of free items so I chose Bamboo sheets and a Tempur-pedic ProHi pillow. Eric told us that if we had any trouble with the mattress to just to let him know. He said he would go beyond the trial date to do whatever it took to sell me a good nights sleep not just a mattress. We tried the Tempur-pedic for two months and beyond. My husband loved it, and I tried so hard to like it. It was a great mattress, but not for my back. I went to see Eric and told him what was going on. He had me try a Stearns and Foster Lux Estate, but didn’t have the medium firm that I wanted to try. He called around and found one in Chattanooga. I tried it out and decided to go with it. Mattress Planet quickly got me my new mattress ordered and delivered. We love the feel of this new mattress! He did not make me reimburse any of the free items I got in the beginning with the Temper-pedic mattress and did not make me pay a delivery fee for the second mattress or removal of the first one. He also reimbursed me the price difference of the two mattresses. He has been so easy to work with. I know when I do need another mattress, I will go to Mattress Planet because Eric knows how to treat a customer!"

"Very friendly and helpful! Came in looking for a very specific pillow, but he didn’t have the exact one I wanted. He got mine shipped free the next week, and gave a great deal on a different pillow of the same brand to get me through. (And then my husband got to keep that one. Lol) When it comes time for a new mattress, we’ll be coming back!"

"This store was able to turn a bad experience into a happy ending! Long story short I ordered a bed frame from a furniture store back in 9/21. I never received my bed and was told they didn't know if it would ever be available. Finally I got tired of waiting and started to research other stores that may have this bed. Luckily Mattress Planet had the bed. This is a great team of people with excellent customer service. They stayed in contact with me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Also they were very nice to deliver and assemble the bed. We live in Pelham, AL. Talking about great customer service!! What the furniture company couldn't do in 6 months Mattress Planet was able to do in a few weeks. We are so grateful to finally have our bed. I highly recommend them!"
