"I’m very pissed! I ordered a door dash order not very long ago and my dasher specified that the manager was very rude to him and said that I had only ordered a coffee when I also ordered 2 food items!! That is utterly ridiculous! Which caused me to have only received my coffee and none of my food!"

"I just want to let this photo speak for itself but some may not see an issue, When I ask for a cream cheese bagel I do expect the cream cheese to be on there not just a light smear"

"This is twice we have tried food and drink from here the last time , we got doughnuts they were old and stale and my drink was completely nasty , the manager was kind and told us to come in and they would fix it , this time I got a breakfast sandwich, the maple brown sugar bacon it was gross , didn’t taste of maple or brown sugar at all , I got a hot chocolate it was brown water , got a dozen doughnuts half glazed and half with the chocolate glaze , get home to half glazed and half chocolate, and once again the doughnuts were not fresh at all , they looked like they were from yesterday . Very dissatisfied."

"I got a frozen hot chocolate and a pop cup… We sat at the window after ordering for probably 7 to 10 minutes waiting for both items. It was dead there there was nobody so I’m not sure why it took so long but that’s OK. The lady at the window wasn’t excessively friendly but she wasn’t not… You could tell it was time to go home"

"I got the new turtle iced signature latte ! Usually get a regular caramel iced latte but wanted to try something new . Still love my caramel the most but this was good ! Long line but it moved fast !"
