"I have shopped here for years and never have had any problems. I shop here weekly and buy outfits here for every occasion but I won’t anymore. I bought a dress this past saturday and wore it for maybe an hour at a professional work event. It ripped and shredded in 5 different places after having it on for 30 minutes just from hugging my friends. I brought it back monday with the tag to see if I could atleast get store credit so I didn’t waste 70 dollars on a dress and was only able to wear it one time. My options were that they could keep the dress or I can take it back and sew up the shredded parts of the dress. They said that since they couldn’t get money back from the people they got it from they won’t be able to give me anything because they would be losing out on the dress. But instead, I get to lose out 70 dollars for a dress that I can never wear again. I never thought when I walked in there that something wasn’t going to be worked out because they are always kind and really helpful. I understand I wore the dress but I expect to be able to wear a 70 dollars dress more than one time and for an hour."
