"I dropped my return information off yesterday and Lucy who took my information never told me other people was in front of me so when I called back I asked the lady on the phone do they usually do tax because I never heard of people taking information then not doing it and going home Lucy never called me to tell then the lady that answer must have lied that I said something out of the way because Lucy said they do business like that just because I called and asked questions but Lucy never made it clear that she wasn’t doing it that day I would not be recommending no one and I had 2 other friends that was gone go to them but we going else where Do not go unless you have time for somewhere to go home and not have courtesy to call a new client....."
