"I’d love to give an actual review of this place….however my online reservation was accepted AND confirmed from google. Unfortunately it did not exist when I drove the 40 minutes to go to this place. I was told by their staff that they do not accept online reservations and they keep requesting of the owner/manager to take this option off Google reservation request from what we were told when we arrived …..as someone who paid a babysitter, arranged time alone with my spouse and drove a long distance for a night out, I couldn’t agree more!!! Oh by the way the place was empty but we were still told to “have a good night”. I won’t know how this place ….maybe it’s good, maybe it’s not but I’d rather spend my money at establishments that take their customers time and value into consideration. Pass…."

"I scheduled and booked my sisters baby shower back in October and was told that though it was from 1pm-3pm that we could show up at 10am day of, to decorate after breakfast. Today was the day of the shower and I showed up a little past 10 am to find out that Charlotte Hubbard scheduled another baby shower from 10am-12pm. She made it seem as if I pulled the decoration time frame out of my butt, which I did not. I specifically told her that I confirmed this with her specifically 3 different times. We came back at 12 to find the people still in our room that we now have an hour to decorate, and was told that they were sorry (people from shower) but that they were supposed to be in a different room and were moved to our reserved spot. I confronted Charlotte about it and she said she didn’t know why they told me that, because it wasn’t true. She will not get any more of my business, and word of mouth travels fast, and I’m letting others know of the experience as well. We paid $500 for 30 people, well in advance, and we ended up having less than an hour to decorate. Guests were showing up when we were finishing up. Completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with my experience. Food was great though, and her employees that we were around were very nice."

"Came in on Sunday for a first time visit from out of town…. Buffet was composed of delicious meats and vegetables…. And the dessert choices were outstanding! Great armor in the historic building…. Will definitely be back when in Oxford!"

"This place this diamond deserves five stars! From the ambiance to the service and food is perfection. The chicken and waffles was superior, every succulent bite of that waffle made my heart sing and dance lol. The tenders were fried to perfection and seasoned like they were supposed to be. My husband enjoyed a steak omelette stuffed hash browns mushrooms onions green peppers and cheese! It was delicious. This will be our weekend spot!!! Loving it here in Anniston Alabama. Go get them chicken and waffles with a side of crispy juicy bacon!"
