"I grew up going here for years. It's always been great and I'm so happy the location is still there. My bf and I ate here a few weeks ago and there was a girl there that was super nice. I wish I could remember her name. Even though they don't fully serve on you anymore, she was super attentive and chill. Talked with us and refilled drinks etc. she was great. Very personable with great customer service. I often go in there to pick up doordash orders and they treat me like a person. They are so wonderful. There are a few restaurants in town that treat dashers like we are the worst people in the world and idk why.. we can't help when doordash sends us to pick up an order. So thanks for being nice to me as usual ❤️"

"This is my first review on a food place. My family and I stopped to eat on a roadtrip and oh boy did those milkshakes cause issues. It tasted like Silica packets and not only caused super dehydration, but also made me have to forcibly puke in a gas station bathroom so my stomach would no longer feel like it would combust inside my body with the terrible concoction of what shouldn't even be called a milkshake. Fries were pretty okay though, Staff seemed nice too. Just steer clear of the milkshakes. I don't know what's in them, but it definitely is not freshly made like it claims."

"This steak n' shake was excellent! There was a great crew working. I wanted chili Mac Supreme but I didn't know it had been removed off the menu but they still knew how to make it, and they did! Also, a large group of firemen and one firewoman came in and the staff were so efficient and kind feeding 20 people at once! Very organized! The service was impressive and no frustration amongst staff. There was a great manager on Tina, who had everyone on task. (Our receipt said tina). Anyways great job!"

"Must order at counter. The steakburgers were not hot and were very dry; not good at all. Shakes were just good, not great; Sonic and Red Robin shakes are better. I was upset when most of their restaurants closed down but the quality has gone the same way; I won't be back."
