"Today, I had a guy from the Home Show in the convention center come there for lunch. Little did I know the lunch would be a real treat. The fries actually tastes like real potato fries. The double cheeseburger tasted like gourmet out of a magazine with crisp clean pages. Me attempting to express just how awesome the food is. Job well done, Ole Gil."

"Really enjoyed a late morning brunch here. Tried the delicious Trinidad sour and had Crab cakes Benedict which were absolutely delightful. The bloody mary was really tasty too. The service was great and the bartender was very knowledgeable about the drinks and flavor profiles. I'll make this a must visit location whenever I'm in Chattanooga. The atmosphere here is laid back but more on the upscale side. This restaurant's bar is a nice size and can seat many. We loved dining here!"

"Great Service and atmosphere!! The breakfast bowl was amazing.. the coctails were good too.. I think my pork belly Benedict needed just some salt and pepper but it was amazing too I didn't particularly love the croissants beignet.. I wouldn't order those again"

"Im always in the mood for steak and a cocktail! So the fancy restaurant across from the hotel seemed to be the right pick. They accept online reservations via website. Once arrived, seated immediately. Very friendly staff and great service with fun open market atmosphere. Our server Chris, was also very responsive and a delight. Food reminded me of the typical chain steak restaurants. Perhaps it's what I should have chosen. The prime rib came cold, not even flat top or flame seared as requested. Not sure where the disconnect happened but it did. Ate a very dull and boring dinner at Old Gilman Grill...spent $167, and say no more, not even about the cocktail."
