"I just purchased the the bacon turkey meal with a regular fries no salt and a small lemonade. The fries was nice and hot, the drink was fine, but the sandwich was not edible. The lettuce was spoiled. I called as I already reached home, I asked for the manager and the individual who answered, said he was the manager. I informed him of my findings, which he replied "Our lettuce are fresh!" I asked him his name and he said it's Daniel. Afterwards he told me he can remake it if I give him my name. My issue is my dining experience was ruined and I didn't receive an apology, instead an excuse as if I am making this up."

"The food was good. Cashier was nice enough but hard to understand. Manager on duty couldn't give an once of care. The sauce station looks like someone took a hammer to it. I like Arby's but this could be better. Customer service isn't that hard."

The gentleman at the window gave us these cups, we asked if they were a large; he said they were with an attitude. "My local Arby's, it was clean and quick and staff were polite. Today, I tried the new diablo dare challenge. I got the chicken. The food was hot and clearly fresh. I enjoyed the chicken and the heat was actually pretty decent. It's more a smokey heat verse straight out spicy. As I write this I can still feel the heat in the back of my throat. Over all, the new sandwich has a good mouth feel. The chicken was crispy. Yes they do give you a small shake as well. I would order this again. Update 2022 Diablo chicken sandwich. It is still pretty good and still pretty darn spicy. If you are looking for some heat I recommend it. The chicken was nice and crispy. The actual sandwich pretty closely matches the picture. Overall, I would order it again. :)"
