"We had the cobb salad and it was fully loaded with very fresh ingredients. The salad was large enough to take half home. There is a separate play room that has a door on it. Inside is a beautiful slide that comes down from an elevated car. It made me want to be a kid agaun."

"This "fast food" restaurant deserves a higher rating, but we're limited to only 5 stars. We were served promptly and our order was correct. All employees were smiling, friendly, and appeared to be very happy to be working at this restaurant. I've only eaten at two Chick-fil-A restaurants located in separate states before. One was in Florida, and the other here in Cleveland, TN. Both offered excellent service and great food. This restaurant has a small room set aside just for children. I wish that I was young enough and small enough to fit in the interesting slide that's available in this cute play room! We ordered the cob salad and drinks. This salad was large enough to take half home for another filing meal. I'm going to recommend my Grand-Daughter and family take my Great-Grands to this location to enjoy a wonderful dining experience. This Chick-fil-A is located in Cleveland, TN right off I-75. There are numerous restaurants located nearby. Skip them all and eat at Chick-fil-A."

"I went in 2 weeks ago to get an order I had made on my phone which was a "big item order as I would say" a gallon of lemonade and a gallon of tea I used my points for. I go in and I pass by my order sitting on the employee's side of the counter. I was asked if I could be helped and I said yes I've come to pick up my order I was told it wasn't in the system and did I send it to the correct location and I responded yes. After about 5 more minutes of looking for it, I finally said it's right here on your side of the counter and they grabbed stickers off of it and left one with my name on it. I figured the employee's first or second place to look would've been the counter with all the other orders. Then yesterday I took my daughter here to eat and play but she couldn't play that much because some people from corporate were there and their teen kids were playing in the kid's room. But other than that the food was good."

"There was a mixup on my order. Who would think that 2 catered orders were both "Karen"? The manager personally helped me & went beyond in customer service. Very satisfied."

"The service was amazing! I came with a charter bus of about 40 ppl and the staff had all of the food hot and ready for all of us. They also had the drinks ready and brought every thing out in a timely manner. They went above and beyond by coming from behind the counter and offering free refills to the entire group! This is by far the best customer engagement I've ever witnessed."
