"I went in here for the first time a week ago and was checking out a guitar. The guy working said he would go down a bit in the price. I told him if he could hold it for me until the following week that i would buy it. He agreed and took my info down. Fast forward to the following week when i go to pick it up; I was told that the guy who helped me last week, doesn’t work there anymore and therefore would not honor the price i was given. I feel that the this situation was handled very poorly and made for bad business practice. I will not return to this establishment and will make sure to include them in my ethics blog as well."
