Sonic Drive-In

"Service was bad however the food was good. The lady had a bad attitude and rang stuff up wrong, luckily the screen was working. I pointed out a few of the things wrong and even tried to get her to correct it to tots instead of fries, she replied that she had it, and what a surprise, I received fries instead. Then she hands me the food and takes off as soon as she hands me the last item, no thanks you're welcome or anything."

"The carhop taking the order had an attitude and seem completely annoyed she even had to take our order. I had to correct her multiple times because she got the order wrong. I even told her I wanted chilli cheese tots not fries, which she had fries rung up on the screen, she then told me she had that already, and what do we get, fries. Won't be back to this sonic, Horrible service and she was so moody when she brought out the food, no hello, no have a good day."

"They have many issues. Between the carhops not working properly. To the tots tasting a week old. Definitely need to change their oil, and update their carhop devices."

"I love Sonic, but too many times have I recieved sub par fries. They always taste like they have been sitting out for far too long. Hard and cold. However, most everything is good and the workers are pretty friendly. Still a place I enjoy going to, just stop serving fries not worth eating."

"Normally this sonic is very good during the day but at night it is terrible. Last night Oct 31 my friend and I placed 2 mobile orders, pulled into the stall, typed the number, and waited. Our sonic app said our food would be ready by 7:50 but we didn't get our food til 8:40. During that time we had to call them TWICE to ask them to please bring our food out. I know we weren't the only ones who were dealing with this because during that almost hour of sitting in the car we didn't see one employee going to any of the other cars either. All I ordered was a corn dog and a slushy a very simple order. Finally a guy brought my food and gave us the bag and walked away but they forgot my sauce and I had to yell for him to hear me and all I said was "I had a ranch and a honey mustard if you don't mind." He came back and handed us a bag FULL of ranch and honey mustard. This was such an unnecessary response. It was very "sassy." The service was just rude and terrible. Don't go here at night."
