"I went there for a Worker’s Comp injury. Everyone was so helpful. The power went out in the whole complex and the came to help me out and said they would call me with the results of my xray. They called before I even got home. I went back for a follow-up for my MRI results and again everyone was so kind and helpful. My provider Dr Mathew was great! Explained everything so I could understand it. He was so kind and caring and took his time with me. I didn’t feel like I was just a number!"

"Paid the same bill 2 times in a row. Because when the computer was down, they made me pay and had a paper receipt for a minute a year ago and expect me to still have it. So it cost me a list $200 to be seen. No customer service here at all."

"Have visited a few times and each time has been a good experience. The wait time is always decent and always get treated properly; Drs take their time to explain. Will certainly keep returning for urgent care needs!"

"Took my kid here on Thursday and told him that there was strep in the home. He had 103.5 fever. We waited in the waiting room for over an hour (no one else there). The doctor came in and out in less than 3 minutes and said it was just a common cold. I told him there was strep in the house. Been sick and throwing up with a high fever all weekend. Took him to another urgent care today, Monday, and he has strep."

"Go anywhere but here! Guilford Immediate Care should get ZERO stars! I had by far the worst experience so far in the medical community in Gainesville. Went in for a wrist injury from a fall where I landed on my wrist and hit my head. When my blood pressure was taken it was insanely high. The tech (who was pleasant) said she thought it was because I was in pain and she would take it manually once we got in a room. Get to the room and the blood pressure cuff isn't working, she gets a third blood pressure reader and the batteries are dead! I hear her talking to the doctor who says "Don't get hung up on blood pressures!" My blood pressure was never taken again the entire visit. Dr. Seabolt sees me for a maximum of 2 minutes (and that may be an exaggeration) tells me he doesn't think my wrist is broken from what he sees and he recommends a wrist splint. He then says they ran out of splints and I could go to any pharmacy and pick one up. All this is said to me from the door that he held half open ready to go to the next patient. Time spent at Guilford nearly 2 hours, time with doctor (who couldn't have been less interested) 2 minutes. Pain level to wrist as I'm writing this - 8, not to mention the throbbing headache from hitting my head that Dr Seabolt NEVER even asked about - 9! Again, I'm not sure what happened to GIC. This used to be the only place I would go to for urgent care. Now I would advise everyone to go anywhere but here!! Too bad this place also has fallen from what was once a great medical institution run by Dr Hadad to another useless medical office run by uncaring individuals. STAY AWAY!! NO, RUN AS FAST AND FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN TO ANOTHER URGENT CARE. EDIT: A WEEK LATER: MY WRIST IS BROKEN IN TWO PLACES! DR SEABOLT YOU SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE!"
