"I can't say enough good things about this practice. From front to back. My twin girls had ear tubes and adenoids removed with Dr. Heindel III and not only are they finally feeling better after a year of constant sickness and ear infections, but everytime we go in the office they're so helpful. As you can imagine its difficult taking two toddlers into any office by myself, Ms. Tina and Ms. Terri at check in and checkout are so kind and patient with us and help keep my kiddos entertained when they get antsy. Rhonda the surgery scheduler was so kind and efficient in getting us scheduled for surgery around our work schedules. The Audiologist, Lyle, was very great with my girls as well. Even though we saw Dr. Heindel III, Dr. Heindel IV was also so kind and interacting with my girls in the hallway. "Had no issues with them. Came in because my right ear was having issues which cut off some hearing. Turns it they had to flush out my ear, and then vacuum out, as I had a severe wax buildup! The process was for the most part painless and relaxing, but there were some moments. It was worth it, as my ear feels a lot better now. Good staff up front, nurses and doctor."

"I am very big on customer service. I called them to schedule an appointment and I didn't get a good feel about them. I called my PCP to ask for different referral because I didn't like the tone of the person who answered the phone. Well lucky for me I called the wrong place. When I called to cancel my appointment; the person that answered the phone the second time was very nice/nasty. I believe in first impression and if the office staff demeanor over the phone is not welcoming then I can only imagine how everything else would be. My review is based only on my initial interaction trying to schedule an appointment."
