"Nobody really expects a colonoscopy to be a pleasant procedure, do they? But honestly, I cannot imagine how my experience could have been any better. Dr. Nyce was kind and compassionate, interested and informative. He immediately put me at ease, even though we only spoke for a few minutes. But beyond that, the entire staff was extraordinary, from intake to outgo. The nurses and anesthesiologists were all very friendly, and concerned for my comfort and dignity at every step during the entire procedure. They even provide heated blankets to keep you warm while you wait to be screened. The facility itself was pristinely clean and comfortably appointed. I will not hesitate to visit these folks again whenever the need arises!"

"Everyone was very kind and helpful, EXCEPT for Dr. Cohen. Very unprofessional and rude. Thankfully the nurse practitioner helped me switch doctors and apologized for his rude behavior. Don't go to Dr. Cohen Edit to add: Cohen is no longer there (thank heavens) and I then got in with Dr Nyce and he is hands down the BEST GI I have seen!.. and I've gone through quite a few with moving.. sad to not be going here anymore but definitely recommend Dr Nyce. He is extremely caring, checks up on you, and goes above and beyond"

"Dr. Nyce is one of the best doctors I have been to. I give Dr. Nyce 5 stars but the staff I give a 1 star. They are very rude. Major attitudes that need adjusting. If you don't want to work with the public find another field. My family also goes to see Dr. Nyce and have also voiced how rude the medical staff is. I have worked in the medical field and this is not how you treat patients. The medical staff needs to be reminded what they were taught when going to school in this field. This is a service to help the public."

"Dr. Murphy is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He truly cares about his patients and can relate to you on a personal level, as he knows what it means for illness to impact your personal life. I had previously been misdiagnosed by another GI doctor and I was very worried. A local nurse recommended that I get a second opinion from Dr. Murphy, who did a wide variety of tests to figure out what was going on. He was calm, understanding, and explained everything thoroughly. When my insurance tried to decline some of the tests, he personally called the insurance company to insist that they approved me for the procedures. He was also kind enough to make sure to schedule everything before the end of the year, since my insurance was going to change. It gave me peace of mind to know that the doctor was on my side and I am so appreciative of his diligence. I recommend him without reservation."
