"I was scheduled for a CT scan 01/10/24 when an inexperienced nurse who was filling in missed my vein, and dye began to pool under my skin creating a golf ball sized painful knot. The test was immediately stopped and I was then told that if I continued to be in pain to go to an emergency room because my vein was about to explode. Lol. I sat in agony in the parking lot for several minutes wondering what in the heck I should do or if I was gonna die. They then charged me $350 as well as proceeded to charge my insurance. They never offered me a do over test and basically told me to kick rocks! Meanwhile I’m gonna have to pay again to have the correct test done somewhere else! Beware…"

"I need to access the portal for ALABAMA and the website keeps taking me to a portal in FLORIDA. They have disconnected me 7 times while I was trying to type my message. I am very frustrated and displeased by the service that I have received. Zero stars for the customer chat service. However, Dr. Fortson really does listen to you and you can tell that he really cares about you and your problems. He accesses the patient portal and responds quickly to your questions. He is a good doctor and I am fortunate to be his patient. I do recommend him if you need a primary care physician. His staff are very quick to assist with questions and referrals and checking on matters for you. Their patient portal is very helpful, useful, and convenient and is monitored closely. I receive messages promptly. I don’t know why I had so much difficulty with no success with the patient portal application on the website."

"I would have given this location 5 stars with every visit until now. They have now turned me away twice ... at urgent care ... Because my primary is not with their practice. This is the goto for me and my DR (specialty Dr Ann hour away) and the only other option here is ER. They should not advertise they are urgent care if all they serve is their local general practice patients. Have filled a report with state agency. Will advise my family who do use Drs here to consider another agency."

"Terrible place to call a medical office Both My daughters has been if here many times for care. Always got great care. But tonight my youngest needed care , flu like symptoms.The waiting room was empty, I was told they only see their own patients. I’ve been a patient for 20 plus years but that will end very soon. So if you’re reading this and not seeing one of the doctors there you will be turned away. Complete health care has went from great to bottom Of the Barrel."

"This place has honestly become a joke. They only care about growing the number of patients that they have, not providing their existing patients with adequate care. I can schedule an appointment weeks in advance and only get to see a nurse practitioner. I haven’t seen a real Dr. in over 2 years. Their phone service is the absolute worst. You can never get a real person on the phone. I waited over 25 minutes on the phone and finally had to just leave my number and wait for a call back. I verified with 2 different people the date and time of my appointment only to get there and be told that my appointment is a week away. When I told the staff member there must have been a mistake, she rolled her eyes and got an attitude and tried to argue with me. Will be looking for a new doctor, one that actually sees their patients."
