"I have been a loyal customer of Magnolia Medspa for a few years now. As of lately, I am super disappointed in the lack of quality service and customer care. It’s very disheartening. I had been noticing after the last couple treatments that I was not getting the results I wanted or had seen in earlier visits. I was spending as much or more every time I visited. I expressed it to the aesthetician. I called the Manager, Katie. Emailed pics and stated my concerns after my last treatment. I never heard back from her. She never even gave me the courtesy to even respond in anyway. In previous years I have referred customers to Magnolia Medspa and I have been a consistent customer. I will not be returning. The appeal when you first walk into the spa is beautiful! Don’t be fooled!"
