"I never leave Google reviews; and I hate to leave such a negative review. But I will not be going back to this place. Everyone was so nice, which is why I’m leaving two stars instead of one. But I saw Dr. Hermes three different times for an issue with my foot, and she gave me a different diagnosis each time. First she said it looked like I had a bone tumor, then she said my foot looked broken, and then she told me something else. On my second visit (when I was wrongfully told I had a broken foot), the nurse brought me a boot to wear. She told me that my insurance would cover the cost. I later got a bill for $200 for that boot. I have been trying to get in contact with the office to dispute the charge, but that has been impossible since they don’t have a direct phone number or email address. And the company that sent the bill can’t help me since they are a third party company. After all the money I’m out for X-rays, visits, and MRI, and a boot, I still don’t have answers and am still in pain constantly. I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone."

"Dr. Alder and his staff are great! I had surgery on May 11th and he called the next day to check on me. The nurse's at the hospital said he's the best."

"My experience was outstanding!! Everybody from the receptionist, scheduling coordinator, to Dr. Cain were all super friendly and helpful. Dr. Cain was patient and asked me several times if there was anything else I wanted to discuss that he had not covered. He was recommended to me by one of his patients that had bunion surgery by him, she is happy and satisfied with the outcome. I was impressed !!"

"The doctor and staff were completely unprofessional. Doctor was not prepared for my appointment, only in the room for about 10 minutes, didn't let me know when the appointment was over and that I could leave, and none of the staff even bothered to turn around to acknowledge me when I did leave. Go somewhere else! This was probably the worst I have ever been treated by a doctor."
