"Emory service has gone down the drain which is why their best Dr.’s are leaving. How in the world does an appt get cancelled and there are no notes to how, why or who. And no phone call/email/text to number on file to advise of cancellation."

"I had to cancel an appointment due to covid and they rescheduled me with no trouble. Once I tested negative, they had me back in less than 24 hours from calling. X-rays, Dr visit, trigger injection all happened quickly. In the exam room I asked about getting a Dr set up for something else and to be transferred from one location to John's Creek, something that was sure to be a pain in the rear... No kidding, they had me completely set up, patient file transferred, appointment scheduled along with all my other stuff before I even had the chance to type it out. I accomplished all that and was back home in less than an hour! That's flipping priceless! No place will ever be perfect and I'm sure they have their own frustrations - but if you can save me some TIME and EFFORT? I'm your loyal patient forever. Plus, the ortho staff is friendly and they work quickly. Always a pleasure dealing with them. I'm actually really excited to have them set up to handle one of my other ailments. If I could, I would go to Emory John's Creek for everything."

"I have visited Dr.Raiser office couple of times this week for right shoulder and hip pain. I was literally holding my legs straight till her stomach to check leg movements (could be 9 months and expecting baby anytime sooner) .I was only nervous and feeling sacred and she didn’t even bother anything handled by everything in friendly as well as professional way. she treated me with utmost caution since I was struggling with pain. Also her patience level is extremely good. She gave me ample of time to feel comfortable for diagnosing with all sorts of movements. "I was very unhappy with medical plan that I received from this facility from Dr. Jayanti. I was there on 02/05 and was advised to get physical therapy for 4-6 weeks and then he would consider injection or MRI. By the following week I was in terrible pain. I found another wonderful doctor and went for zn MRI on 02/18. I was scheduled for shoulder surgery the very next day and told I was close to a shoulder replacement. I called Emory and their answer was that I should have returned to their office. No chance of that... I hope I never have to use Emory again."

"The initial phone conversation with the office staff was about as pleasant and good as you can have with anyone. Kudos. As a cash payer I was expected to pay $1,000 deposit for an office visit when I already had my MRI ready to come in and just needed a consult with an orthopedic. Having a hard time understanding why any office would need $1,000 deposit for an office consultation"
