"Our family has been seeing Dr. Russell for 2 years now. She is patient and kind and really makes you feel heard. She’s willing to listen to what you have to say and takes in consideration you opinion. Recently I received a call from a surgeons office regarding my daughter’s consult appointment and they requested copies of scans and documents. This was less than 12 hours to the appointment. I called and there was no issues in getting it faxed over. Shout out to Erin for also being extremely helpful and always having a smile. I’m so glad we found this doctors office."

"Dr. Russell has been my go-to physician for years now. I tried several family practices and physicians in the area and was left dissatisfied for various reasons. Dr. Russell, on the other hand, is extremely knowledgeable, caring and timely. Other offices have long waits, shifting doctors and nurses and an overall impersonal approach. Dr. Russell knows me, my medical history and promptly diagnoses medical problems, addresses those concerns, advocates for my health and sees the "big picture." I also appreciate how kind, efficient and helpful Erin (Dr. Russell's assistant) is with any issue from scheduling, and check-in through billing."

"I've seen Dr. Russell for a few years. She's very through and caring! She has late hours during week and is open on Saturdays which is great. She also personally called to provide results for tests and follow up. It's nice to be seen by someone that cares rather than someone that's just trying to see as many patents as they can."

She is thorough, but also trusts that I am informed about my own healthcare and doesn't simply "push meds". I like the fact that she is the sole provider and thus familiar with my history. Her front-office staff has never failed to return my calls. I recommend her highly."

"I spent four days trying to get the scheduler to understand I had full insurance and did not have to be sent anywhere for bloodwork. I then got my insurance carrier involved and she had trouble getting her to understand my coverage. The clerk never called me back to tell me I should be fasting, I had to call and find that out on my own. Upon arrival, I was concerned there was no identifying signage other than MEDICAL CLINIC on the top of the building. There were stickers from a previous tenant half torn off on the windows. I walked inside and there were no identifying markers stating it was a doctor's office. It took five minutes for someone to come to the window. I asked if they just moved in because it was impossible to know I was even in the right place. I was told they'd been there several years. I got a really bad feeling about this place and left. If it takes a total of five phone calls over four days to make sure the insurance was accepted, and then find out in several years the doctor couldn't be bothered to peel off former business stickers and put her own name on the door, it was a bad sign. I'm glad I left after seeing some of these reviews. This Dr. may be okay, but the office appearance and the lack of comprehension from the staff painted this establishment as a risk not worth taking."
