"I would give zero if I could. Nearly every year they mess up my billing for an annual test that is free under my insurance and it takes months to sort out. I get multiple bills and collection notices despite their mistake. Billing office told me by phone I don’t owe anything but it takes 45 days to sort out!!!"

"I got the same issue, several months after the CT scan I get a bill for $552. My insurance gave me an authorization for the facility because they were the only ones who could perform the required protocol. But I didn't select the radiologist. They should have checked with me before doing the reading and trying to stick with the bill. There's no reason to do business like this."

"Do NOT I repeat Do NOT use Northside Radiology for anything! Go elsewhere ask for an alternative or you will regret it. I paid for a self pay CV score and it took 10 min to do and they said it was only going to be 106.00 dollars and insurance did not cover so you paid up front and that was it. Well a few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for 557.00 ! I call them they barely spoke English and said they would look into it. So I went to the imaging place in my town that was Northside and they said that they changed thier billing and that they would handle it that I was the 5th person in a week that has been improperly billed. I can assure u I will never ever use Northside for anything ever again. This is why our insurance rates are thru the roof! They over bill everyone. Stay away!"

"If I could give zero star, I would. This business are double billing for services. My insurance paid them for a service and they lied to me that they were not paid. They made me pay for the service. I paid. My insurance company confirmed that they paid and provided me the cancelled check that Northside cashed. When they are caught, they say that it will take months to get a refund and then they send me to collections!!! I will never use them or Northside Radiology again ever. Very disappointed that they are still in business. What a disservice to our community."

"Received a bill for chest x-ray done by NRA on 10/19/21, it was not submitted through my insurance even though my doctor has all the insurance info on file. Was told by NRA Billing dept that I needed to call my doctor to have them provide NRA with my insurance info. But my doctor office advised they are on different systems so could not provide that info to NRA, that I needed to call NRA back and give them my insurance info. My reason for 3 stars is that it would have saved a whole lot of time and hassle if NRA would simply ask for insurance info prior to the xray. Work smarter, not harder!"
