"Poorly ran Pratice: This review is not against Galvez or Bizzaro, seems like a nice guys. the following events happened over about 6-8 months of time: My Wife and I waited for over 2 hours for her appointment. Then the doctor finally came in spent about 20 mins with us, and was "Interrupted" about 4-5 times. I finally had to say to the nurse "Can we please have a few mins here" My god, you need to reduce your number of patients and take more time with them and listen and focus on their issues and try to help. My wife went back for a second appointment. Same thing again! Waited over 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor for a 15 min appointment, again interrupted and too busy. Called back to schedule a colonoscopy and they would not call back for 2 days, lacked any follow-up to resolve her problems... just forget it!!!! Way too busy, lack of patient attention, seems like a mill... turning people over and over. Where has patient care gone? Does anyone at this practice seem to care? Don't know, and at this point don't care. .... We will not return, going to try another practice where they actually care, listen and want to resolve medical issues"
