"I came in with acute GI distress in early October 2021. I was told I would be scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy ASAP. When I met with the procedure scheduler, I was told the soonest I could be seen was late February 2022. Given my declining health and family history, waiting four months was unacceptable and I ended up locating another GI group for an emergency colonoscopy. While Dr. Mepani appeared kind and sympathetic, securing an appointment is a nightmare and the office doesn't return phone calls."
