"Monthly appointments fairly simple to get, drew blood without giving explanation as to why, when ask why Faucet says you stuck your arm out didn't you and seemed offended for asking why they were drawing blood at a monthly visit. Then had smart comments with nurse behind the wall about the questioning. Lost respect for the man"
