"Dr. Laurie and Dr. Ward are both amazing physicians. I chose Dr. Laurie as my physician because he's my grandmother's physician and he treats her well and even though I am a young person, I have some health issues typically found in older adults. I never have a problem with any of the staff, they know us and treat us with kindness and respect. Dr. Laurie is thorough and patient and if you are hospitalized he will come and care for you there. I love my doctor and his staff."

"I once thought Shaun Laurie was a good doctor but mu opinion has completely changed. I think he is stretched thin and the quality of his care has gone down tremendously. My mother is his patient and I accompanied her to her last visit and needless to say I was under whelmed and unimpressed with the total process. The wait time was ridiculous. I admit we were 15 minutes late but it didn't matter we still waited another hour and I had to ask were he was to get the ball rolling. Prome example how once a good doctor can go wrong. Im 0saddened by that."

"Although Dr Laurie is personable enough his staff is reason enough not to use his services. Was leaving on an extended trip and left repeated messages for a prescription refill with no response. Finally after a weeks worth of messages I finally got a call back and was told I would have to see the doctor since its been just over twelve months. I asked for a 30 day refill since they took so long I had already left for my trip and they told me to go to a walk-in clinic where I was visiting and get them to write a prescription (BTW it was for blood pressure medication not a narcotic!) Just an excuse to get me in the office for more billings. Lots of good MD's in Tallahassee so choose wisely."

"Dr. Laurie has been my personal doctor for years. I have never had any problems with billing or service, although I have had to closely read policies when changing insurers. That said, I find that the front window staff is typical of a small office: Overworked. But if you you are polite and make sure that you have all your paperwork in order (I.D., up to date information, insurance cards and the correct requisitions for lab work), you'll be fine."
