"I thoight i was an establish patient here, but apparently i not!!! I understand that this is a residency program, but in order to get a prescription that a resident prescribed, i have to see a new resident in order to get a prescription!!! The front office people are rude and unhelpful. If i could they would not even get 1 star!!"
"The front office staff are downright rude, unprofessional and condescending. I called to make a prenatal appt and the older woman gasped and made degrading comments in regards to my last menstrual period and prior c sections. I simply called to make an appt not to be judged and talked down to. Corporate Compliance needs to look over the reception area and the quality of service provides to patients."
"I never got to go to my appointment they told me the wrong time a day before and next thing I know they are calling me and telling me I miss it and it wasntthe same time I was told. Had to schedule a ride and everything I have to call to cancel it because these people lied to me"
"Significant barriers to care. Staff who speak on the triage line are incredibly condescending and disorganized. Critical monthly meds are near impossible to fill because of the incompetence and complete stonewalling on communication. The reception/scheduling staff are wonderful. I feel sorry for them."
"Front desk staff blatenly rude with director standing right next to her. She just sat and glared at me while the director was trying to help figure out when my mom and siblings needed to be seen again. I'm glad I was there. My mom is 78 and just had a heart attack and my siblings are developmentally disabled. I see by the reviews they treat everyone that way. I must say the doctors and nurses are wonderful!"
